Notice of Non-Discrimination and Access to Communication

KidMed prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

Free services are available to help assist with communication.
KidMed provides the following free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively:

  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats reasonably requested by persons with disabilities

KidMed provides the following free aids and services to people who need assistance with language interpretation:

  • Free language services to those whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters

Note: Please ask for an interpreter at the time of registration if you need any of the services listed above.  If you feel you have been discriminated against, you can file a grievance with KidMed within sixty (60) days of the date the person or patient filing the grievance becomes aware of the alleged discrimination.  You may file a complaint to:
