A child’s medical emergency is scary for adults, too. That’s why we provide information and resources to help caregivers make the best possible decisions about their child’s medical care, and to better anticipate and manage the urgent care experience from arrival to billing.

Quick service and the person who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The pediatrician was thorough and took her time explaining and answering our questions!

We pride ourselves on providing excellent care and “taking the scary out” for our patients and their caregivers! From a downloadable storybook showing every step of a KidMed visit to sensory-friendly accommodations and extensive autism training, we make every effort to help each child has a successful experience.

Need language assistance? Let us know during the patient registration process. KidMed uses a language service that provides translation of more than 300 languages, including ASL, over the phone or video interpretation.
