The nursing staff was absolutely awesome with my 16-year-old who needed stitches for the first time. They were friendly and supportive and were very intentional about trying to put her at ease. I very much appreciated the care that she received…if I could give more than 5 stars for bedside manner, I would!

Every experience at the Short Pump KidMed has been wonderful. We’ve gone for X-rays, stitches, colds, and even a crazy and traumatizing eye flush. We are treated with kindness and respect. And I never feel like I’m bothering or wasting their time. Everyone from the front to the back are professional and empathetic to our situations. I would recommend them over the sick visit at my pediatrician office anytime!
